I help my clients by using a collaborative therapeutic approach that is based on mutual respect and genuine communication. My practice is dedicated to trauma-informed approaches based on mindful observation of internal and external experiences. I use an eclectic approach and incorporate a variety of evidence based treatment modalities tailored to meet your therapeutic needs. I have experience working with people with disabilities, adolescents, adults, families, and groups. I firmly believe that seeking help is a sign of strength and worthy of respect. As a result, I will work with you to collaboratively identify goals that are meaningful, workable, and relevant to you. My background is in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Logotherapy. I encourage clients to utilize our sessions as an opportunity for self-expression and learning while practicing new or modified strategies in their life outside of the sessions.
