I help adults, families, and couples manage life stress, mental health disorders, and substance use. In combination with talk therapy, I use yoga and meditation to help clients reduce tension and increase relaxation skills. I help clients identify goals for therapy, then with those goals in mind, we may explore how early family and social experiences impact current decisions and behaviors. I use a person-centered approach, allowing clients to drive the direction of therapy to the extent they are comfortable.
